This meeting is being organized for educators, principals of primary and secondary schools, and presidents of colleges/universities of the Inter-American Division. They represent 15 universities and 910 schools that belong to the Adventist System of Education in Inter-America in 33 countries. This group will meet for the purpose of analyzing the way how we can accomplish the mission and the development of the integral formation concept in each school and university.
We will work with concepts such as quality, internationalization, and integral formation in its three components: hand, mind and heart with special emphasis on the development of educational competencies within the profile of students who graduated from the educational institutions of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
This event is being organized by the Inter-American Division Office of Education of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with headquarters in Miami, Florida. We will be working together with 15 university presidents and 17 union directors of education (regions), union and local field administrators (33 countries), Officers of the Inter-American Division, representatives from the Education Department of the General Conference (world) and the organizing committee.
